Article 1 - The foundation is called EUTOPIA GARDENS.
Article 2 - The EUTOPIA GARDENS Foundation is established at the free initiative of a person - founding member and remains open for the continued accession of any person wishing to participate in the achievement of the proposed purpose.
Article 3 - The Foundation is established for an indefinite period and functions as a Romanian legal person under private law, autonomous and apolitical, non-governmental, non-profit, with the intention of a sustainable development at national and international level. The Foundation is organized and operates on the basis of the present statute and of its own regulations, the benefits obtained as a result of any activities entering the patrimony of the foundation.
Article 4 - In achieving the proposed goal, the EUTOPIA GARDENS Foundation may collaborate with other legal and natural persons having identical or similar purposes, from the country and abroad.
Article 5 - The purpose of the EUTOPIA GARDENS Foundation is to contribute to the increase of the quality of life - by carrying it out in the most pleasant, unitary and modern environments designed and executed.
Achieving the proposed goal also involves identifying the issue, supporting and capitalizing on the potential of companies involved in the field of production, trade and services for exterior and interior design.
Based on this purpose, the EUTOPIA GARDENS Foundation aims to:
a) promoting a unitary approach to all aspects involved in the activities developed;
b) the awareness of the economic-social environments and of the local communities on the importance of creating an attractive and healthy living environment, as a determining factor of the quality of life of its beneficiaries and as an important factor of appreciation of its visitors with possible economic implications;
c) elaboration of studies, provision of information and provision of specialized consultancy in order to carry out in the best possible conditions the activities in the field of landscaping, urban or rural, public or private, of different sizes and with different characteristics;
d) following the problems in the field at international level in order to study the comparative of the solutions found;
e) identifying the specific specific needs in the field and elaborating projects-solutions through professional research methods;
f) the study and preoccupation regarding the general problems in the industries involved in the exterior and interior arrangements;
g) providing logistical and informational support to the persons working in the proposed sphere;
h) stimulating the persons with activity in the field to computerize their activity, offering them adequate IT packages, ensuring the necessary training for their use;
i) encouraging the permanent improvement of the techniques and technologies involved in the field of exterior and interior design;
j) promoting lifelong learning in the fields related to its activity;
k) collaboration with forestry departments, communal households, town halls, line ministries, contributing and supporting with experience, knowledge and information to the elaboration of decisions regarding the arrangement of community spaces;
l) collaboration with profile education of all levels, in the interest of adequate training of graduates in this field;
m) monitoring the access on the labor market of the graduates of horticultural and architectural faculties, and the transmission of proposals to the Rectorates of the Universities and to the Deanships of the faculties in order to permanently update the knowledge taught in the university and their adaptation to the professional life requirements;
n) the involvement of students, university teachers, and other specialists in the horticultural field in the development of a horticultural database, accessible on the Internet;
collaboration with other similar bodies or foundations or with related activities in the country and abroad;
o) organizing actions to raise awareness of environmental issues, health, in schools, high schools and other environments, through the Internet and other means, stimulating concrete reactions;
p) organizing any other activities in the informational, scientific, cultural, educational and sports field depending on the availability of the foundation, according to the normative acts in force;
q) organizing seminars, symposia and congresses, thematic camps, documentation visits, study trips, exchanges of experience, specialized internships and training in the country and abroad or supporting such events;
r) publishing, printing and disseminating publications and specialized works, prospectuses, posters, leaflets, informative, documentary and advertising materials, newspapers, programs, catalogs, etc., with specific character or regarding the activity of the Foundation, on any type of support ;
