Program objectives Nowadays managers are facing complex decisions in an increasingly competitive and dynamic environment characterized by a soaring speed of change. The Master Program in Management of International Projects (MIP) offers students the knowledge and tools required to attain a superior managerial performance, by providing them with the needed instruments for making the best business decisions. Built on an optimal combination of disciplines from economics, finance, marketing and strategic management fields, the Program proposes an integrated educational experience by: - Developing decision skills in the field of managing international business projects - Preparing the students for taking on complex managerial responsibilities - Understanding the economic, social and financial forces that influence the planning and decision making process for the management of international projects - Applying theoretical knowledge to effective business circumstances, inherent to the firm’s operations in an increasingly competitive global environment - Promoting the exchange of ideas and experiences between students, professors and business experts A unique program The Master Program in Management of International Projects (MIP) is the only of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe, delivered in English. The students will study an integrated curriculum, focused on the financial decision making process correlated with the development and implementation of international business projects. The candidates in the Master Program will be motivated persons, flexible, open to innovation, wishing to fine - tune their skills, with a good time management and interested in combining their business experience with a theoretical framework. The Program welcomes all the public and private higher education graduates that are interested in developing and managing international business projects. The scheduling of the courses allows the participants to continue their professional activity.
