DNA Green Group was the result of the merger between Dümmen Group and Agribio Group in 2013. The turnover in 2014 was €170 million. The company employs more than 6,000 people worldwide.

The company's headquarter is located in De Lier, the Netherlands. Breeding takes place close to main markets in USA, The Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom and Denmark. Additional sales offices are located in the USA, China, Kenya, Colombia, France and Italy. Next to this, there are production facilities in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ethiopia and Italy.
