For the efficient running of the program and a clear delegation of responsibilities, coordination is done through a hierarchical structure with several levels, depending on the country. Overall coordination of the program will be initially done by Eutopia-Gardens Foundation representatives, at which will join, in time, people who have proven competence in coordinating the various teams.
The program is conducted in five steps:
Step 1. Formation of the Pro-Eutopia Team at country level
We ask for the cooperation of the Government, for the appointment of representatives of the ministries. Also we contact universities, federations and organizations. For each portal domain/subdomain there will be named a coordinator.
Step 2. Formation of the Pro-Eutopia Teams at regional/administrative division levels
The Contry Team notify representative regional/administrative division institutions and organizations about the existence of the Pro-Eutopia program, looking for a person to become Program Coordinator. If the officials of a region/administative division are not interested, the Country Team will identify a person to fulfill this role. Each Regional/Administartive division Coordinator will contact local administration and together will designate coordinators at cities and town levels.
Each Coordinator will form yeam according with the needs of the area. Persons recommended to form a Pro-Eutopia team are local personalities, teachers, students, specialists in various fields. They will be proposed to accept the involvement in the program by providing information and introducing cultural, historical, geographical, etc. data, for creating the web page, so their region to be represented as best as posssible.
Step 3. Identification and cooptation in the program of legal entities
The coordinators and their teams will present the program to the local communities and will contract legal entities, asking to participate.
Step 4. Start using the application
Those enrolled in the program will be initiated to use it and support throughout accessing it. Application users insert themselves directly into the system, real-time information to present company / unit, offer products and / or services, any information they wish to disclose on its activity. The software allows you to enter information in all forms: edited text, photos, video, and its use requires no special knowledge of computer use.
Step 5. Published on Web pages. Monitoring-Analysis-Update.
Each participant can decide when it wants to display the corresponding page in the portal program (if desired, + / - the same information can be displayed simultaneously and in a separate web-site participant chosen design / set of participant ). Coordinators continuously monitor the development of web pages portals Pro Eutopia, the accuracy of the information entered for compliance, timeliness, and the elegance and attractiveness of the page, users can make suggestions. The web pages of the Portal Pro-Urbe will be reviewed periodically, ensuring update them whenever necessary.
