This category refers to Eutopia Gardens Foundation partners who:
- support the Foundation's activity in their own name as donors, volunteers or jurors by getting involved in the programs or campaigns it runs and the members of the Foundation's Board of Directors;

c) CANDIDATES AND EMPLOYEES OF THE EUTOPIA GARDENS FOUNDATION:
This category refers to natural persons applying for a job within the Eutopia Gardens Foundation as well as natural persons with whom the Eutopia Gardens Foundation has or had an individual working relationship.

Directly from you, when you directly communicate information to us (e.g. by filling in a form) or through your interaction with our representatives.
For example, we will obtain your personal information when you: (i) sign up to participate in programs run by the Eutopia Gardens Foundation, (ii) apply to benefit from our programs, (iii) apply for a position within Eutopia Gardens or (iv) contact us through various channels, or request information about events held by the Eutopia Gardens Foundation.

Before your involvement in the project carried out by the Eutopia Gardens Foundation and depending on the specifics of the activity to be carried out, we may carry out certain checks to determine if you are eligible for your involvement in that activity, as follows:
- in the case of volunteers or partners who will be involved in the projects carried out by the Eutopia Gardens Foundation, it may be necessary to check your CV to check if you have the necessary skills for that project;
- in the case of persons to be appointed as members of the Foundation's Board of Directors, it may be necessary to check your CV as well as the manner in which the other conditions necessary for occupying this position are met.

Depending on your involvement in the programs of the Eutopia Gardens Foundation, we will process your personal data as follows:
- In the case of volunteers or partners who will be involved in the programs carried out by the Eutopia Gardens Foundation, your personal data will be processed to allow access to the online platforms on which the respective project is carried out, but also for the running and implementation of the program. Depending on your role in the Eutopia Gardens projects, we will process your personal data as follows:
- in the case of individual projects carried out by the Eutopia Gardens Foundation, we will use your contact data as well as financial data in order to carry out the fundraising campaign;
- in the case of running certain campaigns / projects by the Eutopia Gardens Foundation, we will be able to publish a series of limited personal data about you on online platforms, necessary to run the campaign - e.g. within the Voluntary Platform we will be able, subject to your / your guardian's consent, to publish the image, the name;
- depending on the specifics of the campaign / project carried out by the Eutopia Gardens Foundation, we will be able to make available to our partners your limited personal data, necessary for the implementation of the project - e.g. identification data, contact data.

10. How and to whom do we disclose your personal data?

We have written contracts in place with the persons authorized by Eutopia Gardens to process personal data whereby they undertake not to take action in relation to your personal data except on the basis of instructions from us. The authorized persons will undertake to keep your personal data safe for the entire period indicated by us.

12. International data transfers
We generally store your personal data at our location in Romania.

The Eutopia Gardens Foundation endeavors to process and retain your data only for as long as necessary.
